The lagoon view from the room was acceptable. The scenery was beautiful.
I did not appreciate the poor food quality at the buffet. Variety did not compensate. Wi-Fi connection was a serious issue. There was disconnecting and weak signal. Loud music from nearby parties kept me up at night. It spoiled my sleep.

The room was comfortable enough (I slept alright).
I was not told about building work before my holiday. Tractors were driving on a small road in the hotel while I was sunbathing. They dumped concrete powder, which caused lots of dust to come over where I was.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.
The cleanliness was subpar. I found hair and soap scum in the shower daily. The shower drain was slow too. Water pooled. I also disliked that the pool wasn't heated. It was too cold for swimming.

The staff were friendly. Their warm hospitality elevated the whole experience! The location proved ideal for accessing both the serene Zeytouna Island via a brief boat ride and local attractions. I particularly appreciated the diverse food choices at the buffet, allowing everyone to find something to their liking.
I noticed that the music from nearby hotels extended late into the night. SOME nights disturbed the peace.

The hotel offered distinct buffet choices daily ensuring there was something for every palate. This. The oriental sweets were notable offering a good taste of local flavors. I was enchanted. Ahmed in the Asian restaurant provided really good service. Food was lovely.

The boat service to Zeytouna Island ran efficiently offering quick access to the beach. It was very convenient. A very nice bar was available with a satisfying all inclusive program. A HUB was also present. Wheelchair accessibility ensured the resort welcomed every guest.

the location was really convenient. there was a nice variety of food available (i especially liked the fresh salads). the services were good and facilities met my needs.
the cleaning wasn't consistently thorough. i noticed the mugs were sometimes returned not properly cleaned. the shower head in my room was broken. i had to ask for it to be fixed.
